Eloise Yates Joint Winner of the Music Society Soloist Competition
The Music Society's Symphony Orchestra and String Orchestra present this afternoon performance which features one of the joint winners of the Music Society's soloist prize, Eloise Yates. Eloise performs Arutunian's popular Trumpet Concerto of 1950 - a work which showcases the variety of tone achievable on trumpet paired with all of the bravado and technical prowess we would expect of a modern trumpet concerto.
